WELCOME TO ABU SNAN VILLAGE 

History

Abu-Snan is one of the most ancient settlements in Israel. It was established in the 11th century.

Abu- Snan was called "The Morning Star" .

The name Abu-Snan means the person with teeth.This name was given after the name of the village leader who was called "Shiekh Baz". Shiekh Baz was a very strong man who participated in many battles and wars to protect the village and villagers. He fought with his sword which had strong teeth. And the village was called after the Sheikh's sword.

Prophet Zakharia is one of the prophets the Druze believe in.
